Cats and Kittens - Hens and Chicks - Common house leek
I variety of succulent I saw one day and had to take a photo. They Shoot of runners (babies) that will start entire new plants thus giving them the common names they have such as Hens and Chicks and Cats and Kittens.
Helmeted Guinea Fowl (Numida Meleagris)
This is larry my helmeted guinea fowl. The pattern in their feathers is amazing. These have been breed into several color varieties including Lavender, Blues, Chocolates, Whites, and many more.
Muscovy Duck (Cairina moschata)
This is Daffy one of my muscovy ducks posing to have his photo taken.
Cecropia Moth (Hyalophora cecropia)
My wife found this guy crawling on the clothes line. Of course I had to immediately run and grab the camera to start taking photos. After his photo session I returned him to the nearest host plant I assume he came from and wished him well.
